Ingredientes:
1 Pound of raw shrimp
1 Onion
4 Tablespoons of coriander
1⁄4 Cup of lemon juice
1 Cup of chopped lettuce
1 Avocado
6 Tablespoons of ketchup
Chili pepper
Preparation:
1. In a frying pan with a little oil, sauté the shrimp until they change of color. These should takean intense pink hue.
2. Mix shrimp with tomato sauce, chili, onion, lemon and coriander.
3. Lastly serves in the Martini goblet. First the lettuce, then the avocado and finally the shrimp.
